What is mobile airtime recharge?

• It lets you pay for your friend or family member's pay as you go mobile plan around the world, safely and securely
• It is a way of supporting people from afar, giving them credit to make their own calls

What do I need before I send airtime recharge?

• Enough credit on your Tesco International account
• Or you can pay using your card, Google Pay,or Apple Pay

How do I send airtime recharge?

• Tap on Services tab
• Choose the country you are sending to
• Tap on Airtime recharge
• Search for the contact you are sending airtime recharge to and follow the steps
• Choose the value you want to send, which shows you how much you are sending
• You then receive confirmation that the transaction was successful

What happens after I send airtime recharge?

• The credit is converted to local currency and added to your loved one's pay as you go balance, ready to use

Where can I see my previous transactions?

• A record of your transactions is on the Services tab, along with the status of each one

Can I send airtime recharge to a UK mobile?

• No. Airtime recharge is not available to UK mobiles

Can I reverse transaction if I send it to the wrong number?

• No. Once credit has been transferred to another pay as you go user, it cannot be reversed
• Check the number carefully before you complete the transaction, as we cannot refund mistakes

How much is taken from my balance?

• The full amount is deducted from your Tesco International app balance if you choose to pay with your balance

Can I use this service for my business?

• No. This service is for private, non-commercial and personal use only

Do your airtime recharge pricings change?

• Yes. We check our rates regularly to get you the best offers, so keep checking the app for updates
