Adding credit couldn’t be simpler! Go straight to the HOME screen and you’ll be able to add credit to your balance, via the plus icon. You can also add credit via the Account tab.
When adding credit, make sure you select the correct amount, and if you have any promo codes, add them before you top up. When making a payment with a credit/debit card, you will need to authenticate your card details when using for the 1st time.
The initial authentication will be for £0, this is to verify your card, and you should follow the steps on screen and NOT press back.
You can add more than one payment card, and delete cards details easily. Just go to account tab and click payment wallet, from here you can manage your stored cards. You can set up auto top up, so the app does all the work for you when you get to a low balance level.
You can also choose to use Apple Pay or Google Pay as well as using your bank card, the choice is yours!
TESCO INTERNATIONAL CALLING is a self-use service and only YOU will have access to you card details and activating auto top up.
It’s really important to remember though, that your top up credit will expire, if they remain unused, 180 days after you topped up or made a call, whichever is the last activity you carried out in the app, so make a note of those dates. You can find more details on this within our T&Cs.
