Activation policy
- You have 60 days from purchase to activate your Travel eSIM by connecting to a mobile network at your destination.
- If you do not activate within 60 days, the plan will automatically activate on day 60, and its validity period will kick in from that point.
Validity & Expiry
- Your plan’s validity starts when your Travel eSIM first connects to a mobile network at your destination.
- Installing the Travel eSIM outside the coverage area does not activate the plan.
- Once activated, the plan remains valid for the number of days purchased.
- Example: If you have a 7-day plan and activate it on 1 April 2026 at 5:00pm, it will expire on 8 April 2026 at 5:00pm.
Add-ons
You can purchase an add-on to extend your data or validity if your current plan is running out.
Please note that the add-on will start when the previous plan runs out of data automatically.
If your Travel esIM is already installed, the add-on will activate automatically and no further action is needed.
Can I remove and reinstall my Travel eSIM?
- Yes, your Travel eSIM can be removed and reinstalled on the same device up to three times.
What happens to my plan if I remove my Travel eSIM?
- Removing your Travel eSIM won't affect your plan or eSIM status. Everything stays the same, and your activation date remains unchanged.
Will my Travel eSIM expiry date change if I reinstall it?
- No. Your expiry date is always tied to your original activation date, regardless of when you reinstall the Travel eSIM.
Can I re-install my Travel eSIM on a different device?
- No. The re-install option only applies to the same device the Travel eSIM was originally installed on.
