How to check if Your Travel eSIM is installed on an iPhone

Ensuring your Tesco International Travel eSIM is activated before using your mobile plan is important. If you're unsure whether it's active, follow these steps to check.


Note: Your Tesco International Travel eSIM will not work until you arrive at your destination. Keep it turned off and disable Data Roaming until then.


iPhone Users (iOS)


  1. Go to Settings → Mobile Service (or Cellular).
  2. Check that your eSIM is listed under SIMs (it may appear as "Secondary", "Travel", or similar).
  3. Ensure Data Roaming is turned ON for the eSIM.
  4. To select it for mobile data: Settings → Mobile Service → Mobile Data → choose your eSIM.
  5. Once you arrive, try browsing the internet to confirm connectivity.
