Ensuring your Tesco International Travel eSIM is activated before using your mobile plan is important. If you're unsure whether it's active, follow these steps to check.
Note: Your Tesco International Travel eSIM will not work until you arrive at your destination. Keep it turned off and disable Data Roaming until then.
iPhone Users (iOS)
- Go to Settings → Mobile Service (or Cellular).
- Check that your eSIM is listed under SIMs (it may appear as "Secondary", "Travel", or similar).
- Ensure Data Roaming is turned ON for the eSIM.
- To select it for mobile data: Settings → Mobile Service → Mobile Data → choose your eSIM.
- Once you arrive, try browsing the internet to confirm connectivity.
