For eSIM related queries, please select - Travel eSIM support, any other queries, just select - General support
If you have purchased an eSIM and need help with your order, please select your purchased Travel eSIM under Services, select View Details, and select the Help and Support option on that view. Your order details will be available to copy prior to requesting support.
When contacting General Support, it would be really helpful to provide the following:
- the number you are using with the app
- if you are using the app, details of the type of mobile phone platform (Android/iPhone)
- your app account number
- the country and the number you are calling (if applicable)
