TESCO - Turn On/Off Auto Top Up

We like to make it easy for you to always have available credit to make your calls to your friends and family.  A great option is to enable "Auto Top Up"


This feature can only be activated when you have a saved card on your account.  This can be toggled on or off either at payment stage, or via the Payment Wallet via the Account Tab.  You will see the following view:



Managing Auto top up can only be done via yourself, as this is controlled in app only.


Once activated, it will trigger when your balance drops below £1 (please be aware this will not trigger during an active call) and you can set your auto top up to make a payment of either £3, £5, £10 or £20.


Please be aware TESCO INTERNATIONAL CALLING does not have a direct debit option, and if you see this on your banking statement, it will indicate that you have Auto Top up enabled.
