Install Your Travel eSIM
- Go to the SERVICES tab in app
- Select your eSIM
- Tap Install this eSIM, then Direct Install
- It might take a minute. Please keep your screen open while your plan downloads.
Change Your Settings
Go to your phone settings, set mobile data to your eSIM, and turn Data Roaming ON.
1. To set Mobile Data to your Travel eSIM :
- Go to Settings → Mobile Service (or Cellular)
- Tap Mobile Data → Select your new plan
- Make sure Allow Data Switching is OFF
2. To enable Data Roaming:
- Go to Settings → Mobile Service (or Cellular)
- Under SIMs, select your new plan
- Turn Data Roaming ON
3. To rename your plan (recommended):
- Go to Settings → Mobile Service (or Cellular)
- Under SIMs, select your new plan
- Tap Mobile Plan Label
- Choose a custom name
**Reminder: Your plan validity won’t start until you connect to a local network when you reach your destination.
