iOS - Direct Installation (for iOS 17.4 or later)

Please note that this is only available for iOS 17.4 or later

Easy direct installation- install your eSIM before you travel, it will activate only once you land!

1. Open Tesco International app → Services → Your Travel eSIMs → Select plan
2. Install this Travel eSIM → Direct installation
3. Follow the instructions on the screen
4. It may take a few minutes. Please keep your screen open while your plan downloads.

After you install your eSIM

Set Mobile Data to your Travel eSIM:

• Go to Settings → Mobile Service (or Cellular)
• Tap Mobile Data → Select your new plan
• Make sure Allow Data Switching is OFF

Enable Data Roaming:

• Go to Settings → Mobile Service (or Cellular)
• Under SIMs, select your new plan
• Turn Data Roaming ON

Rename your plan (recommended):

• Go to Settings → Mobile Service (or Cellular)
• Under SIMs, select your new plan
• Tap Mobile Plan Label
• Choose a custom name

Reminder: Your plan validity won’t start until you connect to a local network when you reach your destination.
