Install Your Travel eSIM
The QR code can be found in the confirmation email sent to your inbox.
Option 1: From your confirmation email:
- Gmail and Mail app users: Tap and hold on the QR code and tap on Add eSIM option
- Outlook and other email app users: Try Option 2
Option 2: Scanning from a different screen:
- Go to Settings
- Go to Mobile Service
- Go to Add eSIM
- Go to Use QR code -> Scan QR Code
If you can’t scan your QR code with Option 1 & 2, try Manual Installation with activation codes
It might take a minute. Keep your screen open while your plan downloads.
Change Your Settings
Go to your phone settings, set mobile data to your eSIM, and turn Data Roaming ON.
1. To set Mobile Data to your Travel eSIM:
- Go to Settings → Mobile Service (or Cellular)
- Tap Mobile Data → Select your new plan
- Make sure Allow Data Switching is OFF
2. To enable Data Roaming:
- Go to Settings → Mobile Service (or Cellular)
- Under SIMs, select your new plan
- Turn Data Roaming ON
3. To rename your plan (recommended):
- Go to Settings → Mobile Service (or Cellular)
- Under SIMs, select your new plan
- Tap Mobile Plan Label
- Choose a custom name
**Reminder: Your plan validity won’t start until you connect to a local network when you reach your destination.
